Badlapur school sexual harassment case: Family of accused Akshay Shinde demands justice
Badlapur school sexual harassment case: After Akshay Shinde, the relative of an alleged sexual harassment victim, who was shot dead by the police on Monday night, came the verdict of the family who referred to the incident as ‘encounter’, and wanted compensation.
The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. when Shinde was gunned down near Mumbra Bypass after allegedly snatching the weapon from one police constable inside the police vehicle while he was being taken to police station in a case filed by his ex-wife, requesting for the charge’s dismissal.
Shinde was aerial reported dead by the doctor at Kalwa Civil Hospital after he told another API in the escort and sustained a gunshot injury from API of the massive unit escort team.
It is reasonable in the opinion of his father Anna Shinde also that an inquiry has to be made into the illicit killing of his son.
Outside the hospital, reporters were told that the mother and the uncle was convinced that the administration of the Badlapur school and the police were part of such a conspiracy.
They claimed that Shinde has written a chit asking for money and later called acquaintances stating that he has been thrashed by the policemen while he is in custody and has request funds for their safety.
He was not able to surmise those policemen about his possession and usage of a firearm and hence Shinde’s mother and uncle were doubtful about his conviction.
He wasn’t in a sad mood.
“Our child has been killed by way of a gun shot by the police”. The police have in this case focused exclusively on the school management in relation to this incident.
Relatives also claimed that the cops made him write something, but we don’t know what it is.
“My kid was so afraid to go outside on the road and burst crackers. How could he shoot at police, she asked.”
