Islamabad’s envoy to the UNSC crossed all limits and raised questions on the list of terrorists

New York: Pakistan, which is well-known for operating a terrorist factory, has now used blatant tactics to protect terrorists. This is being done by Pakistan in the name of Islam. Islamabad went too far and questioned the UN’s terrorism list. According to Asim Iftikhar, Pakistan‘s ambassador to the UN, the UN’s terrorist list does not include any non-Muslim names. Pakistan was charged by Islamabad of disparaging Islam and Muslims. It attempted to alert the UN Security Council of fascist activities and right-wing extremists.

What makes all terrorists Muslims?

During the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) meeting, the Pakistani delegate stated, “It is incomprehensible and intolerable that all of the names on the Security Council’s terrorism list are Muslims, while terrorists and violent extremists abroad go unpunished. These lists don’t include any non-Muslims. ‘Threat to world peace and security by terrorist activities’ was the theme of the conference. Pakistan asked that the sanctions system be modified to include fresh and developing risks to this list. “We have to accept the reality,” Iftikhar said. There is an increase in terrorist violence as a result of the rise of right-wing, extremist, and fascist forces in many nations and areas of the globe.

Reported to have a lenient attitude toward non-Muslims

He went on to say that there is a significant inclination to consider non-Muslims’ actions as violent crimes rather than acts of terrorism. According to the Pakistani ambassador, terrorism is a worldwide issue that cannot and ought not to be associated with any particular religion, country, culture, or ethnic group.

India is the accused

The Pakistani ambassador went to great lengths to accuse India of funding terrorism in Pakistan at this time. He said that the terrorists were supported and financed by New Delhi. He said that militant Baloch and TTP factions were present in Afghanistan. The TTP is the biggest UN-designated terrorist organization operating from Afghan territory, according to Iftikhar, with over 6000 militants.
