PM Modi thanked Lord Mahadev for Operation Sindoor’s success while speaking at a public gathering.

“This is my first visit to Kashi since Operation Sindoor,” PM Modi said. In Pahalgam, terrorists brutally murdered 26 defenseless villagers. Sadness filled my heart. With Mahadev’s grace, I fulfilled my vow to get retribution for my daughters’ sindoor. I give Mahadev’s feet the credit for Operation Sindoor’s success.”

On May 7, the Indian military launched Operation Sindoor in retaliation for the April 22 terror assault in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, which claimed 26 lives.

“These days, when I see the visuals of devotees of Lord Shiva taking Ganga’s water in Kashi, it looks divine,” PM Modi said in his praise of the Kanwar Yatra. It’s a beautiful sight, especially when our Yadav brothers bring the Ganga water from Gauri-Kedareshwar.

PM Modi went on to say that he refrained from praying at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple since doing so would have inconvenienced the regular visitors.

During the holy month of “Sawan,” I really hoped to be able to pray to Baba Vishwanath. “But I bow down before Bholenath and Maa Ganga from here because if I go there, other devotees will be inconvenienced and unable to offer prayers,” the Prime Minister said.

PM Narendra Modi presented the 20th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi during his 51st visit to his Lok Sabha constituency, Varanasi. The payment deposited around Rs 20,500 crores into the bank accounts of 9.7 crore farmers.

Additionally, he launched other development projects totaling around Rs 2,200 crore and laid the foundation stone.
