UAE strongly condemns Israeli airstrikes on Hamad Prosthetics Hospital in Gaza Strip
Abu Dhabi: The Israeli attacks on the Hamad Prosthetics Hospital in the Gaza Strip, which killed and injured many innocent people, have been strongly denounced by the United Arab Emirates.

In addition to condemning the strike as a flagrant breach of international humanitarian law, the UAE issued a warning about Israel’s continued military buildup and aggression, which might result in more casualties and worsen the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.
The UAE’s categorical rejection of targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure was reiterated in a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), which also emphasized the significance of safeguarding medical facilities, institutions, and healthcare workers from being targeted during times of conflict.
Protecting civilian lives and ensuring the prompt, secure, long-term, and unimpeded supply of medical and humanitarian supplies to the Gaza Strip are the top priorities, the Ministry said.
Additionally, in line with pertinent international legitimacy resolutions, the Ministry urged the international community to step up all regional and global efforts to find a serious political horizon that achieves comprehensive peace based on the two-state solution and satisfies the brotherly Palestinian people’s aspirations to establish an independent, sovereign Palestinian state.
