UAE Deputy Prime Minister: Supporting families is vital for the cornerstone of UAE’s cohesive societies
Abu Dhabi: The UAE remains committed to supporting families as the foundation of cohesive societies and a crucial pillar of sustainable development, according to Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the country’s deputy prime minister, minister of foreign affairs, and chairman of the Education, Human Development, and Community Development Council.

Sheikh Abdullah celebrated the International Day of Families and said that the Ministry of Family’s recent creation makes this year’s celebration more meaningful. This significant achievement highlights the family’s significance as a catalyst for social and economic advancement and reflects the UAE’s strategic objective of making it the center of national priorities.
Sheikh Abdullah went on, “The UAE has been certain from its inception that strengthening families is crucial to strengthening society. In order to assist families’ educational, social, and economic responsibilities and to improve family stability, the country has created an integrated framework spanning the social, educational, healthcare, and housing sectors.
According to H.H. Sheikh Abdullah, the UAE believes that human growth starts in the family because of the close ties that bind its members and the nurturing environments that provide them with respect, care, and self-determination.
This emphasizes the need for cooperation between families and all facets of society, creating a sense of shared accountability to raise self-assured, aspirational generations who can actively participate in the growth and advancement of the country.
