Pakistan’s Army Chief Asim Munir is going to America for the second time within 2 months, know the full news
Pakistan: It seems that the United States and Pakistan’s military leadership are becoming closer. Field Marshal Asim Munir, the head of the Pakistan Army, will thus return to the United States. Later this week, General Munir will participate in the US Center leadership’s change of leadership. In less than two months, he has made two trips to Washington. Munir previously attended a private lunch given by President Donald Trump at the White House in June.

Following Operation Sindoor, Munir arrived in Washington
A few weeks after India destroyed the terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and PoK, Munir made his last trip to Washington. For the first occasion, a US president greeted the head of the Pakistani army without political leadership present. Although he led the country under military control, the Pakistani military leader had already met with the US president.
Trump and Munir met for two hours
In June, Donald Trump and the chief of the Pakistani Army met for two hours and spoke about trade, economic growth, and cryptocurrencies. “I wanted him here because I wanted to thank him for not going to war and ending it,” Trump added, praising General Munir for averting a military confrontation between India and Pakistan.
General Asim Munir argued that Trump deserved the Nobel Peace Prize because he prevented a nuclear conflict between India and Pakistan. Since the truce on May 10, Donald Trump has consistently claimed responsibility for the India-Pakistan peace. India has said, however, that no foreign leader participated in the ceasefire and that after discussions at the DGMO level, an agreement was struck between Islamabad and New Delhi. The DGMO of Pakistan took the initiative to do this.
