Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed grief over the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir
Tel Aviv: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed sorrow for Tuesday’s terrorist incident in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir. Gideon Sa’ar, the foreign minister of Israel, stated that India and Israel are fighting terror together and expressed sorrow for the terror assault on tourists in Pahalgam.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah presided over a high-level security conference with all the agencies on Tuesday in response to the Pahalgam terrorist incident. The Home Minister arrived in Srinagar for the security assessment meeting in the evening. PM Modi was also informed of the situation by Amit Shah.
The Union Home Minister was also updated by Omar Abdullah, the chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, on the terrorist assault in Pahalgam. High-ranking officials, including LG Manoj Sinha, attended the meeting as well.
In order to find the attackers, the Army and the Jammu and Kashmir Police have begun a search in the Baisran, Pahalgam, and Anantnag general region. In response to the terrorist assault on tourists in Pahalgam, locals in Jammu and Kashmir held candle marches in a number of locations.
“In a heartbreaking and callous act of violence on April 22, 2025. Innocent visitors and residents were shot at by the attackers. Joint Forces will monitor the situation in the immediate aftermath. Chinar Corps said in a post on X that “medical teams were quickly mobilized and casualty evacuation commenced.”
“The local population arranged a candle march in Sopore, Ganderbal, Handwara, Bandipora, and other areas of Kashmir in protest of this needless violence and the distress it brought to local feelings. The #IndianArmy and @JmuKmrPolice have initiated a joint search operation in the Baisran, Pahalgam, and Anantnag general region. All attempts are being made to bring the assailants to justice while the search operation is still ongoing,” it said.
Numerous political figures denounced the assault, which targeted vacationers in Pahalgam and caused great indignation across the nation.
