IDF releases full details of anti-tank missile shooting incident in Gaza
Tel Aviv: The Israel Defense Forces, or IDF, have made public all the information surrounding Thursday’s sniper and anti-tank missile firing event in the northern Gaza Strip’s buffer zone, which resulted in the death of an IDF armored reserve soldier and the injuries of three others.

In the administrative axis region, in the buffer zone in the northern Gaza Strip, close to Beit Hanoun, the fighters—the majority of them were reserve armored fighters—were moving in a tank. They were exposed when, for the purpose of an operational task, they left the tank.
The terrorists then launched an anti-tank missile at them, but it missed its target. They also used sniper fire, killing one of the fighters and injuring three more—two critically and one moderately.
