China Carefully Monitoring Israel’s Attack on Iran
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Lin Jian wrote on X that China is carefully monitoring Israel’s assault on Iran and is very worried about the operation’s potentially serious repercussions. According to the article, China opposes measures that infringe upon Iran’s sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity, as well as those that heighten tensions and prolong wars. According to Lin Jian, the “abrupt heating up of the region serves no one’s interests.”
China urges all parties involved to refrain from further escalation and adopt a course of action that promotes regional peace and stability. China is prepared to contribute positively to defusing the situation,” it said.
This remark follows Israel’s Friday launch of what it described as a “pre-emptive operation” against Iran, which was aimed at the country’s nuclear program.
Netanyahu said that Israeli soldiers had launched a “very successful opening strike” in a televised message. He said that Israel had targeted “Iran’s main enrichment facility” and “Iran’s leading nuclear scientists working on the Iranian bomb” with its massive military operation, which he called “Rising Lion.”
Tehran has Enriched its Uranium Reserves
The Israeli prime minister said Tehran had enriched uranium stockpiles that could be used to make several nuclear bombs and accused Iran of continuing a nuclear weapons program in defiance of international warnings. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, said that his country’s military was prepared to confront Israel. According to Khamenei, all of the nation’s leaders support the military.
“The Zionist regime has committed a reckless act, a serious mistake, and a big mistake,” he said in a series of postings on X. By God’s grace, this will have disastrous results for that dictatorship. The Iranian people will not overlook the violation of its airspace or let the blood of its heroes remain unpunished. All citizens and government representatives support our Armed Forces, which are prepared.” Iran would not be lenient with Israel, he said.
“We have to respond forcefully to the terrorist, vile, and poisonous Zionist identity today. If God permits, we shall react forcefully and treat them without compassion. For the Zionists, life will undoubtedly get sour. There is no safe way for the Zionist administration to get away with the horrible crime they have done.
