After the arrest of terrorist Harpreet Singh, director Kash Patel assures that justice will be done
US: Director Kash Patel promised that justice will be served on Monday, only days after the FBI apprehended terrorist Harpreet Singh for his involvement in assaults in Punjab. Patel commended his team’s work and said that the FBI Sacramento worked with India to carry out the inquiry.

“We believe that HARPREET SINGH, a member of an alleged foreign terrorist gang operating illegally in the United States, was involved in the planning of numerous attacks on police stations in both India and the United States,” Patel said on X.
According to the FBI Director, FBI Sacramento carried out the investigation in coordination with our colleagues both locally and in India. “Everyone did a fantastic job, and justice will be served,” Patel said.
“The FBI will continue finding those who perpetrate violence, no matter where they are,” he said, giving additional assurance that the agency would continue to apprehend individuals who commit acts of violence.
Arrest of Harpreet Singh
On April 18, Harpreet Singh, also known as Happy Passia, an absconding terrorist with ties to Babbar Khalsa and a suspect in at least 14 terror incidents in Punjab, was taken into custody in the United States.
Harpreet Singh was captured by the US Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). On Friday, he was taken into custody in Sacramento, California, on suspicion of having ties to two global terrorist groups.
Singh was sought by the FBI in relation to many terror acts in Punjab, India. He is accused of working with the Khalistani terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
