Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi praises Indian Armed Forces for decisive action against terrorism
New Delhi: Priyanka Chaturvedi, a member of the Shiv Sena (UBT), commended the Indian Armed Forces for their resolute response to terrorism, claiming that the latest strikes killed more than 100 terrorists who might have carried out attacks anywhere.

“Indian strikes killed over 100 terrorists who could potentially carry out attacks in any part of the world,” Chaturvedi said in a post on X (previously Twitter). The Indian Armed Forces should be commended by the world for their resolute attack on the core of terrorism. Her comments coincide with ongoing political backing for Operation Sindoor.
She also said that, after US President Donald Trump’s offer of mediation on the matter, India did not need outside assistance to resolve the Kashmir dispute.
Priyanka said in a post on the X platform that India must take on the task on its own, without assistance from other nations.
“To resolve the issue of Kashmir, we don’t need the US’s or any other nation’s assistance. The head of the Shiv Sena (UBT) said, “India must rise to the challenge that destiny has given us.”
This comes after President Trump praised the end of India-Pakistan hostilities on Sunday, stating that if the peace had not been reached, millions of people may have perished. A possible nuclear exchange between the two countries was being alluded to by the US president.
“I am very proud of the strong and unwaveringly powerful leadership of India and Pakistan for having the strength, wisdom, and fortitude to fully know and understand that it was time to stop the current aggression that could have led to the death and destruction of so many and so much,” the US president wrote in a post on Truth Social. Millions of innocent and decent people may have perished! Your courageous deeds have significantly improved your legacy.
Trump persisted in asserting that the US had offered to negotiate a resolution for Kashmir and had assisted in promoting peace.
“I am honored that the United States of America assisted you in reaching this momentous and valiant conclusion. Even though it hasn’t been mentioned, I want to significantly expand commerce with these two outstanding countries. Furthermore, I will collaborate with you both to see whether a settlement about Kashmir can be reached after a “thousand years.” God bless India’s and Pakistan’s leadership for a job well done.
India has often said that the area is an essential part of India and has resisted any outside meddling in the Jammu and Kashmir problem.
Additionally, India downplayed the US’s contribution to the cease-fire deal, claiming that the two nations’ DGMOs had reached an accord.
India has always opposed terrorism, according to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar. “Today, India and Pakistan came to an agreement to cease military action and fire. India has always taken a strong and unyielding stand against terrorism in all of its guises. It will keep doing so,” he said.
