Many parts of Himachal Pradesh witnessed rain, hail and strong winds in the last 24 hours
Shimla: Several regions of Himachal Pradesh saw a period of rain, hail, and high winds over the previous 24 hours, as predicted by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). Although the weather suddenly became erratic, no regions have reported any losses or damage as of yet.

The gentle hailstorm and new rain delivered a welcome shift in the weather, making Shimla, the state capital, even more pleasant. In addition to providing a wonderful touch to visitors, this unexpected downpour was a pleasant respite for locals, farmers, and orchardists.
Shimla’s attractiveness has been greatly enhanced by the recent rains, which have attracted visitors who are enjoying the pleasant and mild weather. A visitor from Nepal named Subhash said he was thrilled with the weather.
“We arrived in Shimla yesterday night. It was a little hot when we first arrived, but by night and the next morning, some hail and light rain made the weather lovely and agreeable,” Subhash added.
He expressed his happiness by saying that the weather has improved since the rain and that it feels like paradise.
“What a beautiful site this is. We’re having a great time here. We seem to have arrived in paradise,” he said.
He characterized the hail and mild morning rains as a magical experience that enhanced the already stunning surroundings.
It’s a lot of fun. After the hailstorm and early morning showers, the weather is even more lovely today, Subhash said.
