The Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, CRPF, and Special Operations Group (SOG) are still engaged in a coordinated anti-terror operation.

The Indian Army’s Chinar Corps posted on X, saying, “OP AKHAL, Kulgam. Throughout the night, the combat remained hot and intermittent. While keeping in touch, alert soldiers tightened the noose and fired with precision.

“So far, the security forces have eliminated one terrorist. On X, the post said, “Operation continues.”

According to the Army’s White Knight Corps, an encounter occurred on July 30 along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Poonch region of Jammu and Kashmir after Indian Army personnel saw suspicious activity close to the border fence.

Officials said that soldiers on guard along the Line of Control saw two people moving in the vicinity of the Poonch sector under dubious circumstances.

The suspected terrorists opened fire when confronted by the troops, and the Army quickly retaliated.

“White Knight Corps Contact with terrorists,” the organization said in a post on X. Own forces saw two people moving suspiciously near the fence in the Poonch Sector’s gen region. There was gunfire.
