Raja murder case: Investigation reveals the truth, husband’s killer Sonam is not pregnant
Raja murder case: Sonam is being held by Meghalaya Police on transit remand for three days. Prestone Tynsong, the deputy chief minister of Meghalaya, said on Tuesday that the four suspects in Raja Raghuvanshi’s murder were being taken to Shillong.

On May 10, Raja Raghuvanshi and Sonam were married in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and on May 20, they traveled to Meghalaya for their honeymoon. The state police began a search after the two were reported missing on May 23.
On June 2, a man’s corpse was discovered in a Cherrapunji canyon. It was later determined that the corpse belonged to Raja Raghuvanshi and that he was missing a gold ring and chain.
Sonam Raghuvanshi, his wife, was still being sought. Early on June 9, she was located in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, and the police said she had turned herself in for the crime. Sonam claimed to have been drugged, kidnapped, and left in Ghazipur, where she had contacted her brother and told him where she was as she was being brought into jail.
The police were also informed by a staff member at the restaurant where Sonam was located that Sonam had come late and requested a cell phone so she could contact her relatives. Sonam was weeping, according to the worker as well.
In the meanwhile, Anand, Vishal Singh Chauhan, and Akash Rajput were also taken into custody by the police in relation to the case. Raj Kushwaha, Sonam Raghuvanshi’s purported boyfriend, was also taken into custody. It is thought that he and Sonam planned the murder together.
The police further said that all four of the suspects are between the ages of 20 and 25 and that Raj Kushwaha was an accountant at Sonam Raghuvanshi’s workplace.
