Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet members of the all-party global delegation today under Operation Sindoor Global Outreach

New Delhi: At his official home, Lok Kalyan Marg, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet with members of the all-party worldwide delegation as part of Operation Sindoor global outreach on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

The delegation members were notified about the meeting by the office of Union Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju, according to sources.

Seven groups of all-party delegations, including former ambassadors, opposition MPs like Supriya Sule of the NCP-SCP, Shashi Tharoor of the Congress party, and AIMIM chief Asaddudin Owaisi, concluded their diplomatic efforts to travel to different international capitals and advance India’s zero tolerance policy against terrorism.

Following Operation Sindoor, India’s reaction to the Pahalgam assault in Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 tourists, the delegation was established.

As part of India’s diplomatic outreach after Operation Sindoor, more than 50 individuals, including members of Parliament from various political parties, former ambassadors, and former government officials, traveled to more than 30 nations.

Group 1 was headed by Baijayant Panda of the BJP and traveled to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Algeria. Each group was led by seven MPs.

Group 2 traveled to the UK, France, Germany, the EU, Italy, and Denmark under the leadership of BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad.

Group 3, headed by JD(U) leader Sanjay Kumar Jha, traveled to Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Republic of Korea.

Group 4 traveled to UAW, Liberia, Congo, and Sierra Leone under the leadership of Shiv Sena member Shrikant Eknath Shinde.

Group 5 traveled to the United States, Panama, Guyana, Brazil, and Colombia under the leadership of Congress party member Shashi Tharoor.

Group 6 visited Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Latvia, and Russia under the leadership of Kanimozhi Karunanidhi of the DMK.

Egypt, Qatar, Ethiopia, and South Africa were visited by Group 7, which was headed by Supriya Sule of NCP-SCP.

In addition to outlining India’s stance against terrorism, the delegates emphasized how Pakistan has been funding terrorism and utilizing it against India. They also demanded that Pakistan be included on the Financial Action Task Force’s (FATF) grey list.

In reaction to the terrorist incident in Pahalgam on April 22, Operation Sindoor was initiated on May 7.

More than 100 terrorists affiliated with organizations like Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen were killed as the Indian Armed Forces conducted targeted attacks on terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
