Government buses have been vandalized in Kochi by targeting them. Also, reports of sabotage are coming to the fore in Thiruvananthapuram.

PFI activists have been protesting in Kerala against the raids on their offices, leaders' homes, and other premises by various agencies led by the NIA. These raids were conducted on PFI for allegedly funding terrorist activities in the country.

A PFI member said its state committee found that the arrests of the organization's leaders were part of "state-sponsored terrorism". An Abdul Sathar, state general secretary of PFI, said, "A strike will be organized in the state on September 23 against the attempt by the fascist government controlled by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to suppress the voice of dissent by using central agencies." He said that the strike will start from 6 in the morning, and will go on till 6 in the evening.

Demonstrations also took place in Kerala on Thursday

Earlier on Thursday morning, as soon as the news of raids by NIA and other intelligence agencies on the hideouts of FIFI workers present across the country came, the PFI activists marched towards the places where the raids were conducted and raised slogans against the Center and its investigative agencies. . A PFI source said here that demonstrations were held in almost all the districts including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam, and Thrissur. “The raids were carried out mainly at the offices of (PFI) state and district committees and the residences of its office bearers, the source said. Although initially, we thought that the Enforcement Directorate had conducted raids, later we came to know that this action is not being done by the ED, but by the NIA and other investigating agencies present with it.
