Setting an example in the country, a Muslim couple from Chennai donated Rs 1 crore to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Trust on Tuesday. Tirupati temple and Tirumala temple are run by this trust. Subina Banu and Abdul Ghani, residents of Chennai, donated furniture and utensils worth about 87 lakhs for the newly built Padmavati Rest House. Apart from this, they have also given a check of Rs 15 lakh to the SV Anna Prasadam Trust. This news, quoted by the "Times of India" news website, revealed that this donation given by him was received by an officer of the trust, AV Dharma Reddy. He also thanked these two couples and blessed them.

Donated to many Hindu temples

Let us tell you that this couple has already donated to many Hindu temples. Abdul Ghani is a businessman by profession. Earlier he also donated to the Balaji temple. In the year 2020, he donated a multifunctional tractor-mounted sprayer to spray disinfectant on the temple premises during the corona pandemic.
